The truck is gorgeous and sure to turn heads wherever it goes.  Building the truck was an adventure in and of itself.  It began as a Snap On Tools truck and has been reincarnated into a self contained restaurant-on-wheels, complete with state of the art kitchen equipment, an authentic Italian wood fired oven that can reach temps over 900 degrees and modern technology like an exterior tv and speaker system.
